Shipping Policy

At MHR Clinic, we will try and dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays please allow for extra time for delivery. We delivery to the Island of Ireland for a charge of €10.00 per parcel.

Delivery will only be made to the address registered when placing your order. In the event nobody is present at the specified address when we attempt to deliver your goods we may charge you an additional fee if a second delivery attempt is required. Whilst we strive to deliver goods within 48 hours of your order being placed we cannot guarantee delivery nor accept liability if the delivery is made outside of this time frame.  We cannot accept liability for any expenses or costs incurred due to the failed or delayed delivery.

Please note: We are shipping orders by An Post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification from An Post regarding your delivery. We have no control once it is with An Post. Please contact An Post directly in regards to your order. We cannot resolve any issues until An Post track & trace is complete.

Out of Stock Item

In the unlikely event that an item from your order is unavailable, we will dispatch those goods that are in stock and inform you of the expected date for subsequent deliveries. If an item that is out of stock is part of a set, we will hold the matching item until the entire set is available and post to you at no extra charge.

Returns & Refund Policy 

Our refund and returns policy last for14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are returning any goods which are damaged/defected or wrongly delivered, we will be happy to refund the item or exchange it. Please note the following important points in relation to the return of damaged or defective products:

  1. You must notify us of damage or defect within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging with all labels still intact.
  3. You must arrange the return of the goods by contacting
  4. We cannot accept returns without notifying the sales team on the above e-mail.
  5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
